Persistent or repeated cancellations may result in the loss of your secured booking slot. We reserve the right to withdraw or reallocate lesson slots if cancellations occur frequently.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice will result in full payment being required for the scheduled lesson.
Lessons or driving tests will not proceed if the instructor believes the student may be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that could impair safety or judgement. In such cases, the lesson or test will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
The drop-off location must be within the same general area as the pick-up location. Requests for drop-off locations outside the agreed area may be declined.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure vehicles are maintained in a roadworthy condition, the instructor cannot be held responsible for any mechanical breakdown or fault occurring before or during a driving test. Any test cancelled or terminated due to mechanical issues will not be the responsibility of the instructor, and associated costs will not be reimbursed.
The instructor will text upon arrival at the agreed pick-up location and will wait up to 15 minutes. If the student does not arrive within this time, the instructor will have to leave, and the full lesson fee will be payable.
The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of their vehicle for a practical driving test. Permission will only be granted once the instructor is satisfied the student is a safe and competent driver and has successfully met the required standard in relevant mock driving tests.
If a student leaves the driving school or takes extended breaks between lessons, we cannot guarantee availability if lessons are resumed. Due to high demand, previous lesson slots may not be retained.
